Guarantee: We guarantee that we will ship your order on the date requested and that it will be packaged with enough dry ice to arrive frozen (or slightly thawed) when shipped overnight. 

We cannot guarantee arrival times because we are at the mercy of shipping companies, just like you are. Therefore, we are not responsible for any damages once your package has left our facility, and all shipping issues must be taken up with the shipper, not with Dessert Gallery.

Shipping & Handling:  We take special care to package our cookie dough so that arrives at its destination in good condition. Cookie dough is shipped overnight in special insulated packaging with dry ice. When you receive your shipment, you should remove the boxes of cookie dough and immediately put them in a freezer.

Tracking packages: You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number on the day that your package leaves our bakery. To track your package, simply click on the link within the email to follow the package on its journey to your recipient.

Liability: Dessert Gallery is not liable for misdirected and/or delayed packages if incomplete or inaccurate address information was provided at the time the order was placed. We are not responsible for any damages or non-delivery of products if the intended recipient is not available to personally receive the package. Dessert Gallery is not responsible for damaged or delayed packages due to high volume, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism, mechanical failure, or severe weather conditions, such as heat, cold, rain, etc. at the delivery point. All matters related to shipping should be addressed directly to the shipper.
