What days do you ship? 

  • We ship cookie dough UPS Overnight Saver on Monday-Thursday; deliveries are made Tuesday – Friday.  

What is your order cutoff time?  

  • Order cutoff time is 10am CST for same-day shipping. 

    Do you offer a guarantee? 

    • We guarantee that we will ship your order on the date requested and that it will be packaged with enough dry ice to arrive frozen (or slightly thawed) when shipped overnight.  

    What do I do with the dough when my package arrives? 

    • Store your cookie dough in the freezer when it arrives. For best results, do not defrost the cookie dough before baking. That's right - frozen cookie dough makes the best cookies! Dough by DG will stay fresh for 4 months in the freezer as long as the pucks are sealed in an airtight bag or container. 

    I love raw cookie dough! Do I have to bake your dough or can I eat it raw? 

    • We know it’s tempting, but it’s not safe to eat raw cookie dough since it's made with fresh eggs.  

    I can't find the baking instructions. Help!

    • Sure! All the flavors have the same basic instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 325F; 2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper (included); 3. Place frozen cookie dough on parchment, leaving at least 3 inches in between pucks; 4. Bake for 20 min; 5. Ding! Enjoy!

    I entered the wrong address. What do I do? 

    • You must contact the shipper and give them your tracking number to see if they can assist you. 

    Will I get a refund if my delivery doesn’t arrive when I wanted it? 

    • Since we cannot control what happens to the package once it leaves our kitchen, we do not offer refunds for anything that happens once the package leaves our bakery.  

    • We cannot guarantee delivery days and times because we are at the mercy of third party shippers, just like you are. Delivery-related issues must be taken up directly with the shipper.  

    • We cannot issue refunds or replace products due to extreme weather, but we have 100% success rate on our overnight shipments using our special insulated packaging.

    Does Dessert Gallery have a brick-and-mortar location? 

    • Yes! Come see us at 3600 Kirby Drive in Houston, Texas. We’re in the heart of Houston’s Upper Kirby District and we are open 7 days a week – Monday-Thursday, 11am-10pm; Friday-Saturday, 11am-midnight; Sunday, noon-10pm.
