Since 1995, Dessert Gallery Bakery & Café has been the go-to sweet spot for Houstonians celebrating birthdays, holidays and other special events. We have a vast array of treats to satisfy every sweet tooth, but it was our chocolate chunk cookies that put us on the map! They have been our most popular cookie since the day we opened and we have shipped orders to fans all over the world.

Dough by Dessert Gallery was born out of our customers’ devotion to this cookie. We could have chosen to sell pre-baked cookies, but everyone knows that the real magic happens when Dessert Gallery cookies are served warm, right out of the oven. Now we’re thrilled to share our top four flavors of cookie dough for you to bake in your own kitchen.

Dough by Dessert Gallery is pre-mixed, pre-portioned, pre-packaged pucks for baking at home, at the office, or given as gifts. Every box comes with parchment paper and baking instructions. The hardest part is being patient while you wait for the cookies to be done!
